God’s Sufficiency is Grace.


Grace is the means by which God gives us spiritual life, it provides the power to maintain and nourish our spiritual relationship and enables us to live gracefully. The work of the Holy Spirit in our lives is powered by the Grace of God. After Paul had prayed three times for God to deliver him from his thorn in the flesh, he received this answer: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Cor. 12:9). Paul speaks of God’s Grace as a experiential reality of a very dynamic nature.

Grace is all of God’s doing without any of man’s doing. Man can only truly live in grace when he understands that he can do absolutely nothing to assist the blessing of Grace.

Don’t buy the lie of the mixed law and grace gospel in that feeling the condemnation of the religionist by blaming yourself and wallowing in shame is somehow pleasing to God, or that a constant guilt-complex will somehow promote holiness and spiritual maturity. It’s just the opposite! God is glorified when we believe with all our hearts that those who trust in Christ are not condemned. It’s only when we receive His free gift of grace and live in the goodness of total forgiveness because of His finished work that we are able to turn from our old, sinful ways of living and walk in grace-motivated application.

People who have nothing more than a Sunday-go-meeting religion...whose religion is like their Sunday clothes put on once a week, and then laid aside...such people do not, nor cannot be expected to care about maturing in grace.

God is good, is a phrase that many religionists spout out, only to be drowned in the loudness of their self-seeking performances portraying that the His Grace is “to good to be true.”

God’s grace wider than the expanse of the sky, deeper than the deepest sea and higher than the highest heaven. Grace knows no interruption and no limitation. In contrast with the Law it stresses the dynamic character of the believer’s life.

The greatest expression of God's Grace is not in a person’s demonstration toward others, but his response to God and His purpose for the Community of Humanity..

The Abusive Tool of Fear-Mongering.

  Fear mongering is an abusive tool used by religion which cripples and limits one's spiritual growth to mature to the full stature of Christ. The fear mongering propaganda that is used as a means to get people saved speaks volumes about the quality of love used to try and scare people to become Christ followers. The scriptures declare that is is the “goodness of God that leads to repentance.” Another characteristic of  fear mongering believers is that they believe that natural disasters are God’s doing and are warnings or punishment for the sin of sinning people. Their sin consciousnesses has blurred their God consciousnesses to where they see God as the big bad wolf waiting to pounce on somebody for sinning.
